  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders shipped within British Columbia arrive in 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you to confirm pricing for international shipments.

Returns

  • Items are refundable within 30 days with receipt and in original packaging.
  • Worn or modified items are not refundable. Certain exceptions apply. Contact store for details.
  • A $25.00 restocking fee applies to damaged packaging. Please ensure not to attach or tape up original packaging.
  • Clearance and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1.1 Do you offer free return shipping?

Not at this time. You may drop off return product to our location on West Broadway free of charge.

1.2 How do you handle product exchanges?

Products may be exchanged in store or by postal mail within 30 days from date of purchase. Return shipping charges are incurred by the purchaser. However, we will cover shipping on exchange product.
