Felt Boot Care Instructions
To care for felt shoes, follow the following steps.
- Gently wipe the shoes with a damp cloth.
- You can also clean your felt shoes with a general cleaning or protection solution.
- Thoroughly spray the cleaning solution on the shoes, allowing the surface material to become damp
- Allow it to sit for a moment and then gently wipe it with a cloth
- Apply the spray to clean, dry shoes
- We recommend using shoe trees while the boots get dry.
- If your felt shoes develop lint, you can remove it using an electric lint trimmer.
- Keep in mind that felt may wear down with continuous friction. For this reason, we do not recommend using felt shoes for activities such as snowshoeing, skiing, riding, or with shoe grips that might rub against the felt.
Please note that care products may slightly alter or darken the material's colour. Always test the product on a less visible area first.
