    Great customer service

    There's no point in reviewing the Finn footbed itself. If you wear Finn sandals and you like them, at some point you are going to have to replace the footbed that you currently have. No choice or surprises there. What I'd like to say is that I received excellent customer service from FS staff while shopping online. The shop offers customer service by SMS! Response time was very fast. Staff used a photo of my shoe to identify the exact footbed I needed. They were friendly and professional and know their product. Delivery was less than a week.
